一类连续模糊算子及其应用

摘要：

给出了一类连续模糊算子。从应用的观点出发，分析了常用的三角范算子与连续模糊算子之间的关系。提出了一个新的模糊综合评判标准和方法，指出新的模糊综合评判标准和方法的重要特性在于直接使用未转换的数据，避免丢失原始信息，避免增加干扰信息。对于不同文献中的相关结论，用此标准容易判断出那篇的结论最好。

Application of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process model on determination of optimized pile-type

摘要： Pile-type selection is a very important stage of foundation design, and there are many field factors influencing the decision of pile-type selection. Since there is a limitation of traditional “major factors method” to satisfy the requirement of modern foundation construction, this study presents an efficient approach, in which analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is employed. AHP is a multiple criteria decision-making tool that has been applied in many fields related to the decision-making, e.g., in the field of economics, marketing, sociology, etc. However, it is rarely reported that AHP is applied in the field of civil engineering for decision making. In this study, AHP combined with fuzzy synthetic evaluation method is employed to select the type of pile used as the foundation of a residential building in Fuzhou, Fujian Province, China. The results show that fuzzy AHP approach is an easy and efficient way for pile-type selection.

模糊综合评判与数理统计知识结合的目标识别效果评估

针对目标识别效果评估，利用数理统计知识确立了评估指标及测度方法。随后，使用模糊综合评判建立了一种开放的评估模型，该模型可以给出客观的、定量化的评估结果。最后，结合实测数据完成了仿真。

A model for the evaluation of environmental impact indicators for a sustainable maritime transportation

摘要： Maritime shipping is considered the most efficient, low-cost means for transporting large quantities of freight over significant distances. However, this process also causes negative environmental and societal impacts. Therefore, environmental sustainability is a pressing issue for maritime shipping management, given the interest in addressing important issues that affect the safety, security, and air and water quality as part of the efficient movement of freight throughout the coasts and waterways and associated port facilities worldwide. In-depth studies of maritime transportation systems (MTS) can be used to identify key environmental impact indicators within the transportation system. This paper develops a tool for decision making in complex environments; this tool will quantify and rank preferred environmental impact indicators within a MTS. Such a model will help decision-makers to achieve the goals of improved environmental sustainability. The model will also provide environmental policy-makers in the shipping industry with an analytical tool that can evaluate tradeoffs within the system and identify possible alternatives to mitigate detrimental effects on the environment.

四川省电信制造业的经济效益分析和评价

通过经济效益分析模型和1987—1997年的四川省投入产出表提供的数据，并分析了电信制造业10年来的经济效益状况，综合评价了电信制造业在四川省国民经济中的贡献和作用，四川省电信制造业的作用正在发生较大的变化，从以前的推动型逐渐转变成带动型；论证了四川省电信制造业优先发展的必然性，为四川省国民经济发展提供对策。

Comprehensive health condition assessment on partial sewers in a southern Chinese city based on fuzzy

摘要： A self-developed sewer health assessment system using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytical hierarchy process was applied to give a comprehensive health condition evaluation on part of the local sewers in a southern Chinese city based on the sewer video data collected by a sewer inspection closed circuit television (CCTV) robot. Aside from the overall condition evaluation, the structure, function, and stability status of the sewer were also analyzed using the method. A comprehensive index was proposed to give the overall health condition of pipes with different defects, and , , and were used to quantify the defects affecting the tightness, stability, and function of the pipe, respectively. Results show that 48% of the inspected pipes were in good condition (0< <0.25), and about 33% of the sewer pipes analyzed were categorized to be at severe or urgent condition levels ( >0.5), although most of the pipes were installed only within five years. Frequent sedimentation affects the function of the sewer, and deformation and joint damage affect the structure of the sewer.

Genome reprogramming for synthetic biology

摘要： The ability to go from a digitized DNA sequence to a predictable biological function is central to synthetic biology. Genome engineering tools facilitate rewriting and implementation of engineered DNA sequences. Recent development of new programmable tools to reengineer genomes has spurred myriad advances in synthetic biology. Tools such as clustered regularly interspace short palindromic repeats enable RNA-guided rational redesign of organisms and implementation of synthetic gene systems. New directed evolution methods generate organisms with radically restructured genomes. These restructured organisms have useful new phenotypes for biotechnology, such as bacteriophage resistance and increased genetic stability. Advanced DNA synthesis and assembly methods have also enabled the construction of fully synthetic organisms, such as J. Craig Venter Institute (JCVI)-syn 3.0. Here we summarize the recent advances in programmable genome engineering tools.

网络分析法在军工研究所R&D人力资本投资风险评估中的应用

在对军工研究所R&D人力资本投资风险因素进行识别的基础上，建立风险评价指标体系，发现指标之间存在相互影响与反馈的关系，提出基于网络分析法并同时考虑评估意见模糊性的军工研究所R&D人力资本投资风险模糊评估模型，给出相关算法。最后，通过实例说明该方法的分析结果更合理、直观，而且还能为决策者提供更为详细的决策信息。

Detection of schedule delay risk of empirical construction projects

摘要： In Ethiopian construction projects, schedule delay risk is a predominant issue because it is not properly addressed. Although several studies have been focused on the various effects of risk in construction projects, limited efforts have been made to investigate the typical and the overall schedule delay risk. In this study, our aim is to detect the typical and overall schedule delay risk throughout the construction project lifecycle, which consists of the pre-construction, construction, and post-construction stages, and compare the stages with each other. Common criteria, sub-criteria, and attributes were developed for all alternatives for the purpose of making a risk decision. The methodology that was followed integrated the multiple-criteria decision-making (MCDM) model of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process comprehensive evaluation (FAHPCE) and the relative important index (RII). Data were collected from 77 participants, who were selected through purposive sampling from different contracting organizations in Ethiopian construction projects by means of questionnaires that were distributed to experienced experts. The findings showed that there is a typical delay risk either in the type or in the level of the different construction activities. Consequently, the most influenced alternative is the construction stage because of the high-risk responsibility, resource, and contract condition related criteria. The post-construction stage was the second most influenced stage because of the high-risk responsibility-related criteria. The pre-constructed stage was the least influenced stage that consist high-risk criteria of responsibility, resource, and contract condition related. These differences provided noteworthy information about risk mitigation in construction projects by identifying the exact risk level on specific activity to make appropriate decision.

基于模糊综合评价法的内蒙古达里诺尔湖水环境质量评价

摘要：

采用模糊综合评价法对内蒙古达里诺尔湖水质现状进行评价，利用2008年达里诺尔湖水质实际监测数据，确定了评价因子和各因子的权重，建立了评价因子的隶属函数和模糊矩阵，最后对达里诺尔湖水质现状进行综合评价。评价结果符合实际情况，说明模糊综合评价法用于达里诺尔湖水质评价的合理性和可靠性，并对控制湖泊水质污染提供了一定的理论依据。

以不完备模糊信息系统为研究对象，建立了其中的模糊相容关系及模糊粗糙上、下近似集。在此基础上，探讨了论域上的模糊覆盖问题并提出了覆盖的3种运算形式；定义了2种新的模糊粗糙熵以讨论不完备模糊信息系统中的不确定性因素，证明了不确定因素的变化与度量强度之间的重要关系；建立了一种度量部分模糊知识依赖的新方法，获得了一些新的定理结果证明。

Targeting “undruggable” c-Myc protein by synthetic lethality

摘要： Synthetic lethal screening, which exploits the combination of mutations that result in cell death, is a promising method for identifying novel drug targets. This method provides a new avenue for targeting “undruggable” proteins, such as c-Myc. Here, we revisit current methods used to target c-Myc and discuss the important functional nodes related to c-Myc in non-oncogene addicted network, whose inhibition may cause a catastrophe for tumor cell destiny but not for normal cells. We further discuss strategies to identify these functional nodes in the context of synthetic lethality. We review the progress and shortcomings of this research field and look forward to opportunities offered by synthetic lethal screening to treat tumors potently.

Water-soluble BODIPY and aza-BODIPY dyes: synthetic progress and applications

摘要： In recent years, boron-dipyrromethene (BODIPY) and boron-azadipyrromethene (aza-BODIPY) dyes have attracted considerable multidisciplinary attention due to their diverse applications. By introducing various hydrophilic groups, such as quaternary ammonium, sulfonate or oligo-ethyleneglycol moieties into the BODIPY core, the solubilities of these dyes in aqueous solution can be greatly improved while maintaining their high fluorescence quantum yields. Accordingly, applying these fluorescent dyes in aqueous systems to areas such as chemosensors, biomacromolecule labeling, bio-imaging and photodynamic therapy has been achieved. In this article, the recent progress on the synthesis, optical properties and application of water-soluble BODIPY dyes and aza-BODIPY dyes is reviewed.
